Bellis Perennis – Daisy
Like Arnica, Bellis Perennis is known as a great trauma remedy.  Think of this remedy in particular for deep tissues injury and after major surgical operations.  The muscles feel bruised and sore, there may be lameness and hard, aching, squeezing or throbbing pains. 
Bellis Perennis has an affinity for the abdomen and pelvic organs which, along with its ability to treat deep tissue pain, makes it highly effective when used to treat pain arising from Caesarian sections.
Worse for touch, cold baths or drinks, becoming chilled when hot; better for continued motion and locally-applied cold.
