I then travelled to Bologna, Italy, advancing my education at the International School for Continuing Postgraduate Training, for the next 3 years. I hold my Licentiate from the Irish School of Homeopathy in Dublin. Homeopathy as a subject, and a way of practising medicine, is something I absolutely love, and continue to study (I’ve just started a post-grad in Intuitive Homeopathy after listening to Angelica Lemke on Homeopathy Hangout podcast)

Outside of homeopathy, I spend most of my time with my beautiful family, cooking, crafting and camping, but I am most at home by the sea. I grew up in a small seaside town in Ireland and being by the water always makes me feel at ease and at home. I have a keen interest in mindfulness, meditation, and personal development. I was introduced to meditation and mindfulness over 20 years ago through the school I attended and try to keep these practices in my everyday life. I have recently been involved in some women’s circle workshops and adore seeing women becoming empowered in their lives.
