Due to the sensitive nature of homeopathic remedies and in accordance with health and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a remedy has left our clinic. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

✅ Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if:

  • We have sent the wrong item

  • The product arrives damaged due to a packaging error

In such cases, we will:

  • Replace the product at no cost to you or

  • Issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs, unless legally required)

Please note: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit after dispatch, but we will always assess each case fairly. If there’s an issue, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at info@eugeniekruger.com.
