This consult option needs to be selected if your last consult with Eugenie was more than 3 months ago.
The additional cost of this consult – as opposed to the ” < 3 months since consult,” is to allow for the extra work and time that is required for me to read over your old case notes, to pick up where we left off.
Regular follow-ups at frequency of less than 3 months, only incur an $80 charge for 30 min follow-ups.
