Most frequent questions and answers
We stock close to 2 000 remedies in our dispensary, with only a small percentage of these listed on our website due to being “prescription only” remedies which can only be accessed with the consultation of a homeopath. If you’re after a remedy you do not see listen on our website, please email [email protected] to check if we have it in stock. If we don’t, there’s a chance we may be able to order it in for you.
If you have been prescribed a remedy that is not listed on our website, please use the “custom remedy” option or click here
Add the remedy to your cart and once you’ve reached the checkout, use the “comments” section to write the name and potency of the remedy you are after.
Please email [email protected] with any additional information regarding your order. Please include your order number in the subject.
Once you’ve added the additional remedies to your new order, select “add to 1 existing order” at the checkout. This way your orders will be combined and there will be no additional shipping fees.
